Policy on Forced Labour

Policy on Child Labour
We do not use child labor in the manufacture of any of our products. We do not employ anyone under the age of 15 (or 14 as permitted by local law) or the age at which compulsory education ends, whichever is greater.
Policy on Hours of Labour
We maintain a reasonable employee work schedule, i.e., a regular workweek, in accordance with the regular and overtime time limitations permitted by local law, or where local law does not limit work hours. Overtime, when necessary, is fully compensated in accordance with local law, or at a rate at least equal to the regular hourly rate of compensation if there is no legally mandated premium rate. Employees are entitled to a reasonable number of vacation days (at least one day off for every seven days) and vacation privileges.

Policy on Commercial Bribery
We prohibit employees from receiving anything of value, directly or indirectly, in exchange for using or agreeing to use their position for the benefit of others. However, if a client's meals and entertainment expenses are legitimate, this does not include expenses of a reasonable amount, which should be included in the expense report and approved in accordance with standard company procedures.
